We have gone to PCP for a long time, moved away, and came right back to them. I cannot say enough kind things about Dr. Obregon. She is kind, compassionate, and takes the time to listen to and advocate for her patients. She's extremely knowledgeable and kind as could be.

I was experiencing extreme pain in my lower abdomen and everywhere I called around town either couldn't get me in or wouldn't when I told them I was experiencing a fever with my other symptoms. They cited covid protocol but I was clearly suffering from some type of organ infection not covid. PCP got me in same day and Dr. Joey took great care of me and followed up like he said he would. Sorry for other people's experiences but I was treated really well and everyone really listened and heard me.

My family has been going to PCP for close to 30 yrs.. Dr. Ralph Kramper has been are primary physician and we have felt truly blessed to have such a caring, thoughtful, knowledgeable and capable doctor caring for us through all these years. Occasionally we have needed care when Dr. K was not available and we were equally pleased with the care from the other doctors. Over the years most of the office staff have been very thoughtful and pleasant but there have been one or two who acted as though they couldn't be bothered. Needless to say they didn't last long in their office position. I would highly recommend the doctors at Primary Care Physician to anyone.

Had to call in a prescription today, and I just happened to notice all the negative reviews. My family and I have been patients here for over 5 years. We've never had any negative experiences with doctors or the staff, and Keri Dillon most likely saved my life when I had a bout of rhabdomyolysis. I'm not trying to gaslight those who have had negative experiences, but from what I've seen those appear to be the exceptions rather than the rule.

If you look at the reviews here, almost all of them say they love the place in general but then give 1 star due to some specific thing, so the low rating is pretty misleading. Just went here for the first time, and it was great. My appointment was at 11, and even with me arriving a little late and having to fill out my 'new patient' paperwork, they called me back at 11:08. I hung out with the first person for a while right away (for blood pressure and the general stuff), then Keri came in shortly after (again, no big wait). She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was in for a pre-op appointment and she told me a bunch of stuff to expect after the surgery, which was great! Everyone was super nice and friendly. Fran the blood-drawer guy was a hoot. We recently moved to right around this area and I think this will be our new primary care place!

No idea where the bad reviews are coming from, my family has been using them for generations and I've been treated better here than the couple other doctors I had to go to while I was away for college. Update: we just had Dr. Nelson for the first time, and he definitely gives off an air of not really caring. It's sad that such a good office has one bad apple.

I have been going to PCP for more than 25 years. I can honestly say that even though people have changed throughout the years, my level of care has never waivered. I have had many surgeries and am a breast cancer survivor. Dr John Titus was the one who diagnosed me and took care of me throughout. Not only do I call them my Dr’s but I also think of them as friends of my family. If you have a problem, make sure to let them know. I know they would want it to be handled and have you happy.

I was just reading the reviews and have seen the ones about the staff being rude and it made me want to post this. I am not a rich person. I have medicare and social security and that's it, Since I started going here I have never been treated with anything other than professionalism and courtesy. I have never been refused an appt because I may have a balance on my account. All the people in receptionist area have been nice to me and have done their best to accomidate me. The only thing ever negative was the first doctor I had. I saw him twice and decided to change . I didn't feel he was concerned at all. That was years ago. I see Keri Dillon now and she is the best. I'm not downplaying the previous reviewers because it's all about your personal experience. I just wanted to say I am grateful I found this place and the staff is great

I recently switched insurance and needed to find a new in-network doctor for Aetna. I found Primary Care Physicians through the insurance site, and luckily for me, they were accepting new patients. I was able to get an appointment easily, the paperwork was very straightforward, and the staff were kind and polite. I really appreciated how friendly the nurse was, and Dr. Obregon made me feel heard and understood. I've often felt like doctors that I've seen in the past are in a rush/aren't really listening/are just hearing what they want to hear. But Dr. Obregon didn't make me feel that way. She made me feel like it was okay to ask questions, and she answered them throughly. The wait time was short for my morning appointment, and they were very quick about getting me the EKG and blood draw that I needed. But I was also given ample time to talk to the doctor, go over my concerns, and ask questions. I'm very glad that I've found this doctor's office.

I really like this place a lot. Since I recently moved here from California, I have had a lot of anxiety about finding a new PCP. I shouldn't have worried. Keri Dillon is just absolutely wonderful. Very nice, thorough, and caring. She pretty much saved my life when my psychiatrist suggested I go off a medication cold turkey and she suggested that it probably wasn't a good idea. Not only was she right, it could have been very dangerous if I had listened to my psychiatrist. Needless to say, I will be keeping Keri, but losing the psychiatrist. Also, I was having some heart issues and couldn't sleep at night. She prescribed me medication and I am doing great now.
